Mr. Shivalkar is a Senior Analyst and evaluates investment opportunities for Spectrum. He has eight years of experience in analyzing, structuring and executing complex transactions. Prior to joining Spectrum in 2013, Mr. Shivalkar was an Analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey, where he advised companies and creditors in distressed and special situations transactions and supported the team on industry and company specific matters.

Mr. Shivalkar received a B.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
